FMB is licensed as an investment portfolio manager by the Reserve Bank of Malawi and thereby authorised to provide asset management services. Our client base includes the publicly listed National Investment Trust Limited.

Our experienced asset managers have in depth knowledge of the Malawi economy and the equity and money markets in Malawi. We possess an excellent track record and returns on our equity portfolios under management have consistently outperformed the market.

Corporate Finance Advisory
Our corporate finance advisory team, headed by a full time executive director has extensive experience of mergers and acquisitions and company valuations and has acted as lead adviser on a number of the most significant corporate actions to date on the Malawi Stock Exchange including IPO’s, rights offers and dual listings . Transfer Secretarial Services
FMB Capital provides a holistic transfer secretarial service to listed companies. We use bespoke transfer secretarial software under licence from Corpserve, a leading regional transfer secretarial house. The software has been extensively tested in the demanding regional markets of Botswana, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Tanzania and is used to maintain the share registers of over 50 listed  companies.
